The Ebonettes Service Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax exempt organization located in Durham, North Carolina. It is a small, local ladies’ group, founded by four African American women in March 1972.

Current Membership: Twenty-three active members (not to exceed twenty-six)
Mission: To enhance the fabric of the Durham community through a variety of outreach activities and to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Such activities include helping to make Durham:
- a place of academic opportunities for youth,
- a climate of caring for senior citizens,
- a vehicle for political and social actions, and
- an environment for cultural enrichment.
Meeting Schedule: Monthly, except in July and August
